Tourist/Visit Visa Ireland:
You can apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa to study in the UK if you’re 16 or over and you have been offered a place on a course. You must also be able to speak, read, write and understand English and have enough money to support yourself and pay for your course. In addition, an unconditional offer of a place on a course with a licensed Tier 4 sponsor.

If you are planning to come to Ireland to undertake a course of study for more than 3 months, you must submit a Letter of Acceptance from the college; confirming that you have been accepted and enrolled on a course of full-time education involving a minimum of 15 hours organised daytime tuition each week.
